NOTICE: COMMENCEMENT OF LIBRARY BOOK CIRCULATION (SESSION 2026–27)

Dear Students, Teachers, and Class Incharges,

This is to inform all students, faculty members, and class incharges that the Circulation of Books (Issue & Return Service) for the academic session 2026–27 will officially commence from 1st May 2026.

To ensure a smooth borrowing process, please adhere to the following guidelines and borrowing limits:

1. Student Library Issue & Return

• Borrowing Limit: Up to 2 books at a time.

• Duration: Books are issued for a maximum period of 14 days.

• Schedule: Students can borrow and return books during their designated library periods.

2. Class Library Books Issue (Primary Classes)

• For Class Incharges: Class library sets will be issued to respective class teachers/incharges starting from 1st May 2026.

• Teachers are requested to collect their allotted class library books to establish classroom reading corners for young learners.

3. Teacher Library Issue

• Borrowing Limit: Faculty members can issue up to 5 books at a time for academic, reference, and personal reading purposes.

• Duration: Extended borrowing duration as per library rules.

General Guidelines:

• A valid Library Card / Student ID is mandatory at the time of borrowing books.

• Handle all books with care and ensure timely returns to enable other readers to access them.
