NOTICE: RETURN OF ISSUED LIBRARY BOOKS BEFORE EXAMINATIONS
This is to inform all students and teachers that all library books currently issued in your name must be returned to the library prior to the commencement of the upcoming examinations.
Please go through the following details and adhere to the guidelines:
Objective: To conduct the annual physical verification of books and ensure all students have access to essential reading materials during exams.
Return Deadline: Clear all outstanding book dues at least 3 days before the start of your exam schedule.
Re-issue Policy: No books will be re-issued until the examinations conclude.
No Dues Clearance: Library 'No Dues' status will only be granted once all borrowed books are submitted in proper condition.
Kindly cooperate with the library staff and return your books on time to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.
